About Me

I am an enthusiastic, positive person who is comfortable training people of all abilities and experience levels.

Running a wide range of classes here at the gym has helped me progress as a trainer massively and I take pride in continuously expanding my knowledge both within the centre and in other training environments.

This allows me to tailor programmes to fit each individual's needs whilst helping them to achieve their own goals.

Numerous years participating in various sporting clubs growing up, and success within these, has fuelled my ambition in working in the health and fitness industry.

About Me

I am enthusiastic about fitness and wellbeing, keeping fit and active is very important to me. I love to stay active by walking my dog Marvyn, dancing or training at my local gym with friends.

Dancing since I was 3 has helped me to find a passion for the fitness industry.

Growing up I loved to try new ways of staying fit by getting involved in sports clubs and teams. At school I participated in rounders and netball which were my favourites. It is important to me to find the most efficient way to build muscle, lose weight and gain confidence.

I have worked in this industry for over 10 years in coaching roles, sports development and also in the sports biomechanics sector

I enjoy helping people to achieve their goals, by empowering and educating so that positive lifestyle changes can be made.

I am passionate about the benefits of sport and exercise both physically and mentally at all stages of life. Since a child I have always been involved in many sporting and physical activities, such as athletics and dancing and continue to enjoy group exercise, training in the gym or on the track and exploring the great outdoors with my family and our dogs. 

Whether it be functional fitness for improving tasks of daily living, weight loss, preparing for or recovering from childbirth, a marathon or you need some getting back into a good routine with your fitness journey.
